Can I buy waves individually or must I buy the Full Journey?
Both. Foundation, Practitioner, and Strategist can each be purchased independently. The Full Journey bundles all three at a saving of $48 versus buying wave by wave. Start with Foundation. The credential you earn is yours regardless of whether you continue to Practitioner.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not passed any lesson in the wave. After 7 days, no refunds are available under any circumstances. Once you have passed a lesson, the wave is considered started and refunds are not available regardless of the 7-day window. We do not refund credentials someone has already earned.
How does corporate invoicing work?
B2B clients at Growth tier and above can receive invoices in USD or NGN. The USD amount is the contractual amount. The NGN equivalent is indicative at time of invoice. Payment terms are agreed at contract stage. Pilot purchases are upfront payment only.
If I buy Foundation now, what do I pay to add Practitioner later?
The standard Practitioner price. There is no upgrade discount for buying waves sequentially. The Full Journey discount applies only when all three waves are purchased together upfront. If you are considering all three waves, the Full Journey is the better value from the start.
